| Angela Floyd | Do NOT use this company. I have a home warranty and it recommended that I use this company. I have a 100 deductible. My furnace went out yesterday. I checked wiring, pilot light, changed batteries, checked the fuse, gas line, and spoke with a friend who does HVAC. They came out and said with bypassing my thermostat they can get it to turn on. He then asked if I had 2AA batteries. He put them in my thermostat, that he said he had to bypass to get working, did not provide me a new thermostat and charged me the full 100 deductible. Worst service I have ever experienced. |

They collected our 100 deductible when they cam out for their 3 min evaluation and then NOTHING! Had to have my home warranty company call them t get their number which they pulled out of the air. Highly do NO recommend this company. |
