| Misty Dawn | The only reason I am giving a 2 and not a 1 is because my fridge is fixed! SCOTT was a horrible person, he complained and cussed under is breath the entire time he was here. My 4 year old and 9 year old were painting at the table and heard it all. He was yelling about people calling him and being annoying including his boss. He was slamming stuff and I really thought he was going to break our fridge further! Then he was mad that we didn't have paper towels for him and he had to go out to his van and get them. I couldn't wait for him to leave. At one point he jumped back with his arms up like we were going to attack him, he said "I cant do people standing behind me" like really??? What a nightmare, we may.......may use this company again, however I will request SCOTT is not the one to come to my house! This was today! July 19, 2019. |

Just to finish the story part in , repair made; just in time to start the food preparation for Easter. These guys are the best. |
