We never received a call thing us when the flooring would be delivered it had to sit in the house for three days prior to installstion and we never received a call the night before advising us of the time window to expect the installers. We got a call at 6:40 a.m. the day of installation telling us they were 20 minutes out. We were not living in the house yet and were staying 30 minutes away. I called the store later that morning to provide feedback. I left a message and am yet to receive a call back. I also responded to a survey request and my comments have yet to be acknowledged. |
