| john hoffman | We purchased a microwave and electric range. The range was delivered and Installed by Snow Bros. They took away old range and put new range in place. Set the clock and I asked to verify it was working which it was. They left. Microwave install was outsourced to contractors which were very good. They looked at the range and told me it wasn't level and were able to wobble it because one of the adjustable feet were not spun down to the floor. I gave them cash to level it. Took them 10 minutes. Perfect inside the oven so no slopping around of juices. I contemplated calling Snow Bros and complaining but this works. I haven't purchased a range in 30 yrs so I didn't even think to ask. Could get this type of service at Best Buy. We went to Sno Bros for better install service. Not what it used to be. |

They were very knowledgeable about product and what would and would not fit in our space. Free delivery, free removal of old refrigerator, and free hookup of the icemaker. Everyone was very professional. From the sales staff to the delivery staff. Will definitely go there for our next appliance. |
