John Skeins | Very upfront with the cost. Had to order parts for us, but was still fixed within 72 hrs. Repairman was very polite and professional. |
Clint Myers | Beware and be prepared. The technician did a fantastic job of diagnosing and fixing our washing machine in under an hour. But! The cost was 557.08. They said they could not give an itemized bill and that the price was set by corporate. This happened to my wife while I was at Veterens hospital so I was not there. Looked on line and part is available for 150 dollars. So I paid 400.00 for a service call that lasted less than one hour. Literally took off cover ran diagnostic, replaced the main board and put cover back on. 557.08. a brand new washer cost 800. If I had been there work never would have been authorized. I wonder how many other people get taken advantage of in their moment of crisis? I would have expected to pay 300-350. Tech was professional and not the problem. It's company policy issues. Do your research, buyer beware. |
