I walked into the Lebanon store and was met by a friendly smile and courteous "hello" from a member of their staff...everytime I ran into one of their associates, that person asked if I needed any help. This store has, by far, the best customer service that I've ever been privy to....and before I walked out the door, a manager approached me and asked If I'd been helped by anyone...I said, "Yes...5-6 members of your team came up to me and offered help"....Fantastic! |
