| Jason Kittle | I was out of town for Thanksgiving and had a house sitter. Our batteries apparently died in our stat. They charged me 150.00 the replace them because it was on Thanksgiving. I had to pay via debit card and I had some issues financially I didn't realize. I told them I would pay the following Monday after some issues they had. After being up front with them and continually letting them know on a daily basis the secretary got very condescending and rude. I never had someone try to talk down on me like that for 150.00 bill that I told them I will pay a little later. Never again will I use this company. |
