Although that was, I suppose generous, he didn't have to call the vacuum cleaner I got as a wedding gift a “cheap throw away” from my grandparents. In so many words, if I didn't own one their 500+ vacuum cleaners than everything else is just considered a “cheap throw away”. Could of been professional and just said I needed a new belt for the vacuum and leave it at that, since that was the issue. Instead, decided to offend me and my grandparents. |
