| Brian Januszewski | I had appointment today 9-24 for a bathroom fan install. The emails reminder said expect your installer there by 8-9 am. At 847am the lady from the office called and said installed had a doctors appointment and was running an hour behind. No problem. I called them after almost 2 hours of nothing and left a message, they called me back and said they couldn't get ahold of installer. I told them if he isn't here in 45 minutes I was going to find someone else to do the work. I am so glad I didn't use this company , I could only imagine what the quality of the craftsmanship would of been. They made me waste a vacation day for nothing. I wouldn't recommend them bad overall experts d they didn't even do any work |
