| Tammy Bernath | The technician was very nice and knowledgeable. My major complaint is that it took 8 weeks to get it done. It took a week to get the original appointment. Then a part needed to be ordered. Then it was a month before the second appointment was scheduled--even though the part arrived within a week. Then that appointment had to be delayed another week because the technician was unavailable. Eight weeks is too long to wait for a dryer repair!!! Especially when the actual time spent on the repair was only about 15 minutes. |
| D Beck | The service technician was very good and helpful. I would have given him 5 stars if they could be a little more exact on when they were coming. They gave us a window of 8-5. That is too long to wait around for him. It would have been better to say morning or afternoon. He did call on that day and say he would be there in a hour which was nice but they need to be better when you make the apt. People have jobs or other things they have to do. He fixed our dishwasher and so far so good. |
