| simply lovely | After I talked to a lot of heating and cooling companies, either so expensive or nonresponsive, at last I found Lew's Reliable Heat and Air Conditioning. The one who answered my call was so nice and patient with my questions. And if the first heating company who came into our house billed us 89 for just checking our furnace system and gave us a 4000.00 quotation, Ms. Autumn billed nothing for checking and gave us 2 choices of types of furnace to installed at a very reasonable price and she was so accommodating. And since we just bought a new thermostat and we don't have a liner, she gave us 115 and 305 off which gave us just 2207 final price with a great financing of 18month no deffered interest. And Rick & Jared who came to replace the furnace were nice and professional. They were so responsive to my request & inquiries and finish the job early. Thanks Lew's! And Rick & Jared. Ed, the technician checked out the furnace condition and said while the furnace is definitely older, it looks in good shape and may last a couple more years and installed the inducer. I appreciated their prompt, HONEST service. No high pressure in trying to sell me a new furnace. When I do get a new furnace I won't think twice about purchasing it from Lew's! and thanks Ed, you were very easy to work with!!!! |
