| Barb Zinsmeister | The repair man came on June 22. On Friday June 28 the ice maker wasn't working properly again. They said they'd be out the next day today between 8am and noon. Then they called me at 9:30 to ask if I'd heard from the technician and I said no. They said they'd follow up and call me back. Long story short, nobody came out today, I had to call twice and was put on hold for 20 minutes each time and was finally told the guy called off sick. Now I have to wait until July 13 to get something fixed that I already paid for. Unacceptable. I wouldn't advise using Sears to repair your refrigerator. |
