I thought it an electrical issue but the electrician concluded it is the dryer that is bad. Owner refuses to make it right by swapping it out. She told me I have to call and have it serviced under the warranty?! It never even worked for 1 second and I have to have it serviced? I have been totally inconvenienced and feel like they got my money and too bad you're on your own attitude from the owner. Terrible way to treat customers. I wanted to give my business to a local business but I should have gone to Lowes. My realtor recommended them and I will let him know NOT to ever recommend them again!! I hope they lose many future customers just from this successful realtor telling people NOT to shop there! |
