| Chelsi Helbig | Not a good experience. First, I will say that he was very quick in getting to us. I called him with our issue and he came out the following Monday 2 days later. But we are having a problem with our dryer. He came out, observed the issue that we told him about, googled the error code, which we already did... and then called part stores to no avail to find what google said was the problem. 40 minutes later, he charged us 65. He said if we ordered the part, he'd come back and fix it and charge us another 65 an hour to repair it, but he guaranteed it would take more than just one hour. He said to my husband that he could probably do it on his own. We just paid 65 for a google search. Very nice guy, but I'm really disappointed. |
| Concetta Franczek | I called him to help fix my washer. He said 50 & he would be out and he had the part. Came to my house DIDNT have the part. Had to "order" the part. He charged me 65 for a lid safety switch told me that when the part would come in he would charge me ANOTHER 25. I called him back to ask him when the part would come in if he could just give it to me. Well, HE NEVER CALLED BACK. Do not call him. He must've been hurting for 65 even though he "works at the cracker plant". |
