| Ashley Bereda | I only gave them a 2 because they DID clear our drain. They flooded my house and had the audacity to be angry at me for being upset about it. They said they, "didn't know the water was coming back up." Like it isnt their responsibility to pay attention to that. A child about 10 years old kept yelling in our house and waking our 4 month old baby. After flooding everything they didn't sanitize anything, and left at 11pm only to tell us if we didn't clean up their mess our baby would end up sick. I have no idea the price because our landlord paid it. the lack of professionalism was a huge problem for our family. |
