Appliance Repair by Authorized Service in Dayton, Ohio

My experience, with Steve the Service Repair person, was a good one from start to finish. He arrived one time a very admirable quality. He had the part needed to repair my Ice Maker. After removing the broken part he took it to the end of my driveway as it was garbage pick up day. I was so grateful. I had ice by lunch time. Thank you Steve. Great Job.

The tech was very polite. My concern is paying over 100 for the service call, when the tech says that there isn't a problem with appliance. He literally showed up, checked it out and said there was no codes or problems. Again, nothing against the tech, but from the customer's viewpoint, I believe the fee should have been discounted or applied to a future service. I guess the moral of my story/experience is make sure your appliance is really failing in some way before you call because you will be CHARGED! even if they just show and say hello and do nothing else. This may be the normal standard with most companies that perform house calls but some offer free estimates. If you don't have an extra hundred bucks, think twice before calling. The tech was just doing his job so it is a company policy to charge full price no matter the outcome.

Authorized once again delivered outstanding service! My home warranty company sent out another appliance repair company that failed miserably to deliver. Once we got Authorized on it, it was taken care of quickly and professionally! Thanks, Authorized!
