Phillip and MVP were life savers well, at least TV savers after my one-year old LG OLED started showing blue "blotches" on the screen. Phillip worked with LG to confirm the known issue with the display and convinced the company it should be covered under warranty. He was both knowledgeable about the problem and he kept me apprised at every step of the part ordering process. When the new display arrived, Phillip and Tom were fast and experts at replacing the screen. I highly recommend this professional company. If you have a TV issue, call Phillip first.

Philip was very prompt and came to my home on a Friday to repair my Samsung LED TV. He realized he was going to need to take it to the shop to do a more detailed diagnosis. He said he would bring it back on Monday. I let him know how disappointed I was that I would not have it for the Ohio State football game the next day. He called me the next morning and said he had it repaired and would bring it back and hook it up so I could watch the game. That is exceptional service.
