Stopped in to look at a new stick vac after researching online and having difficulty figuring out which of our current attachments would work and which would not. We use the articulating hardwood tool with our V6 quite frequently which is no longer supported on the V7 and up models. A quick conversation later with the staff and problem solved! They had the adapter that makes older tools work on the latest and greatest vacuums! It is the 968235-01 Adapter Tool Cord Free that is not available on the website have to call 800 number. That made my decision to upgrade to the V11 very easy. The store threw in the adapter for free with the purchase of the new vacuum which was over above and beyond any expectations I had. The amazing 4.9+ star Google reviews rating is accurate! They are that good! I have been there for service previously walked in/out in 10 minutes with issue resolved and now an outstanding sales experience as well. Don't even bother buying online - the staff at the store is exceptional and will take great care of you. This Dyson store sets the bar high for amazing service!

The gold standard. That's what I thought about Dyson before I ever bought one. Then then one day I bought one. Got a great deal at Costco. I used the vacuum for typical carpet cleaning for the first year. One day I decided to use the wand attachment and there was an issue with the connector piece. I'm a reasonable person and I understand that these things happen. No product is perfect...but....Time to cash in on that outstanding Dyson 5-year warranty! So I contacted customer service and they had me send in some photos. Upon review they set up a service call locally and directed me to the Dyson Service Center in nearby Hilliard Ohio. I went there on a Saturday expecting to have to drop the unit off and then come back a few weeks later to pick it up. But I was wrong. I brought the vacuum into the service center and was greeted right away with a smile from a professional gentleman. He asked me to explain the issue with the vacuum and I showed him. He scratched his head and said he would be right back. He wasn't joking. It took him about 10 seconds to go into the back room come out with a replacement part, swap it out with the defective part on my vacuum, and asked if there was anything else. I could hardly believe it. I had expected to be out of a vacuum for a couple weeks...but wow, everything was taken care of, on the spot, right away! Thank you Dyson for having a TOP NOTCH service center in my area. Thank you Dyson for exceeding my expectations.

Very professional and courteous staff. Take good care for fixing any issues with any Dyson product. Visited third time since 2016 and noticed that the staff had not changed. This indicates a strong culture and values associated with the company. Extremely satisfied with the service.
