It seemed to be an expensive bill for little effort considering I now know I must spend many hundreds more. It would be a great business move to offer a 50, 40 coupon toward another appliance repair in the future. They set a time, but discovered there was a part they could need and did not have so they rescheduled. Their technician Chris arrived promptly today and did a great job. He wore booties to protect my floor and got right to work. Within about 45 minutes, he had the microwave running like new. Chris was very knowledgeable and personable. If I ever need appliance repair, Complete Appliance will be th company that I call. |
