We have bought appliances here and have encouraged your children to do so too. Everything we bought has been clean and very functional. They also delivered and carried the washer and dryer up the stairs to our apartment laundry room. Great people.

I depend on Tri-State for all the appliances I buy for rental properties. I have not been disappointed once! The prices are unbeatable. The 90-day warranty means I don't have to second-guess whether the appliance will work or not.

Would not recommend. Bought a used gas dryer over the phone and was assured they would hook up the dryer vent even when I told them ahead of time that a section was missing. They had only two 2-foot dilapidated old flexible vent pieces on the truck and nothing to connect anything. Also the drum light inside does not work. I did try to call the store and was told I will need to call back later. Delivery and installation 40 was waived because I gave them two working electric dryers and one needing repair. I was told I'm the only one who has ever made this complaint. I will update this if the result changes. I was able to piece the vent together as they could not do, but have nothing to clamp them together. Wondering if there is a safety code I should be aware of on this kind of thing.
