Aaron was very kind when he came out to inspect the replacement situation and after the visit followed up with us to share some additional ideas that he had which had come to mind so we were aware of all of our options. Starting at the office, they were great to get you scheduled with their consultant. On Monday, February 18th, we spoke with Matt, who explained everything so thoroughly, and on Thursday, February 21st, they came to install it. Travis was our technician, and he was so knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. They were very neat and clean with equipment coming in and out of our home. We would highly recommend Logan A/C and Heating Services to our family and friends! Great experience, thank you! |
