strongly recommend you move on to a more reliable service groups. They left us hanging... and didn't want to work on our refrigerator. They came out one time to scope out the job. Identified the problem and said they needed to order parts. I gave them a deposit on the parts and paid for the initial service call. I had to call them multiple times over the next 2 weeks to see when they would be back out with the replacement parts and fix the refrigerator. Finally came out.. spent 5 min and said.. "can't get to the back of the refrigerator to install the parts so can't fix it." Then they wanted to charge me for a 2nd service call, which I refused. I paid for the parts but not the service call. I had to call another service provider and they came out the same day and within 20 min installed the new parts.

Do NOT use this company. He came out to fix my broken washing machine and attempted to fix it. I went to use it 5 minutes after he left and it was still broken. He was always “out of town” when I needed him to come back and actually repair it. Came back and said too bad. The receipt states there is a money back guarantee for parts and labor within 30 days. He will not honor it and I still have a broken washer with money I won't see again.

My dryer timer was bad and he replaced it. That works fine so 5 stars for that. He supposedly replaced the water pump on my washing machine but when he left, I put laundry in and water was pouring out still. I called and left 2 messages that same day, but I never heard back from them. So 0 stars for the fact that it's still leaking and I never heard back from them. I guess I will have to search YouTube because I can't afford to pay for someone else.
