The reason for the one star reduction was because the mechanic did not communicate with the front desk that he was done with my car. He pulled my car out and then put the paperwork on the front desk never telling them he was done and no one was at the desk at the time. So I wait about 5 minutes then just went to the counter and waited for the person to come to the desk. I said I think they're done with my car and pulled it out about 5 minutes ago. He checked and they were done and said “I guess they think I can read minds or know when stuff is done without telling me.” All in all they were great and quick and I would definitely go back. |

I strapped it up to the frame and best one happen to be on my way to where I had to load in Bryan,OH I stopped in and ask if they could help and they jumped right in and said yes. They were busy on another truck I went and loaded came back and the 2 gentleman and the office staff were top notch would recommend this place to anyone. Excellent customer service in the office, and out in the shop great attitude and very knowledgeable. Thanks to all of you. |
