| Meri-Lynn Dales | Horrible customer service. Kept our generator 3 weeks, never called us. When we called them they claimed to have called us, they didn't. Then later said they called the wrong person. When we went to pick it up they wouldn't use the power lift they ised to unload it. Told my disabled vet husband he and I had to load it. Its a 10000 watt generator, extremely heavy. |
