| Monica Kenny | Mr. Allen was wonderful but now his son took over and the customer service has gone down hill! I had an appalling experience with them. They advertise 24 hour service but when my mother's 3 year old furnace purchased and installed by Allen failed this Sunday, they refused to send anybody out. They also couldn't be bothered to install the new thermostat that was to come with the furnance, they left it in a box on her table. When she had an issue with the furnace in under a year, they charged her 90.00 but had no answer as to what went wrong. Terrible!! If you see this, please do not waste your time or money on Allen's!!!!! |
