| Athea Vela | I was really excited at first to find out that there was a rental place that was willing to come to the town of Kenmare and thought that I could use the same promotions as advertised. I talked to the lady once but she didn't seem to make it quite clear that people outside of the city of Minot do not qualify for these promotions because they are outside the 'delivery area'. If we are outside the deliver area than why does the truck go there? So, you have to put down not only the full amount plus taxes and fees but another 50 delivery fee.They should definitely inform you of that on the website because according to the website, they deliver. All promotions should apply to all people within any area you are willing to deliver to. Period. I am giving them 3 stars because they returned my money after I had paid for the promotion online within a few days and were polite. |
