Ron Lyman | Unbelievable, not happy with the outcome of my bill and the service that I got. For me to drive out of Jamestown in The heavy haul division. Sean told me I needed a new fifth wheel mine was shot. I told them to rebuild it. They quoted me 11 to 1200 dollars. They sold me a complete joust between 15 and 1,600. The final bill came to 2500 dollars. Would not recommend anybody I know to go there. |
Jim Mitchell | Very very pleased with the work and customer service I received. The righted a wrong that was done to me by a dealership. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THIS FACILITY, ALWAYS ON POINT. Always up front about anything. Thank you again Premier Service Center. |
bobbi gunsallus | Originally overcharged on installation of transmission. Mechanics broke censor- draining fluid on the ground which then changed my dad for. Two weeks later after the shop, fittings were leaking out of oil cooler on transmission. Also, found that the transmission was low by FOUR quarts. My dad tried to remedy the problem by calling the owner, Adam. Adam requested the additional bill four weeks ago that we incurred, and since then we have gotten NO response. My dad has attempted SIX phone calls with messages to reach out. He has talked to Jim, Shawn, and his secretary and has ALSO left messages. Originally, he was supposed to reimburse my dad 400 2 months ago off the original bill before any other subsequent repairs and that has yet to happen either. |
