Finally, I just had to show up because he doesn't answer his phone. As soon as he saw me he gave me a runaround that he was going to get to them that night or the next day after having them for four months. I politely asked for my jackets and left. He didn't apologize or make any attempt to retain my business. He just didn't care. I'd rate him a zero if I could. He is a discredit to his profession. |
