February of 2017 I bought a couch and recliner, all three reclined. Motor on one side of couch went out in 9 months. Also some sewing ow something is messed up on part of the couch. Been working on getting it fixed for over a year now. I feel o souls get it replaced with something different. A lot of money for defective stuff. Paid 1500.00 for the set. Also same day bought two stramsmart streaming boxes totaling 1000.00. Was told I would never have to pay cable bill again! Sounded great! Dec 2019 stream box don't work with out a 50.00 update on each one! This will now be a yearly upgrade I have to pay now. Really feeling ripped off! Now there discontinued so not sure if it will get fixed or not. Company should do something to replace and they should know what there selling toward electronics! Sorry for the bad review but I always seem to get kicked to the curb!

I'm happy with my items that I purchased with this company but I ran into some hard times with some money and caused me to fall behind did not expect my job was going to shoot me down to part time for my schooling so it has made it a bit tough to get Bill's paid. I have been emailing them back and forth about getting this resolved and caught up I made a small payment today what I could do right this moment but I got another email saying the total needs to be caught up by tomorrow end of month. I'm not a whole month behind I get my payments in when I can I asked if they can continue to work with me till schooling is done next month and back to full time but have not gotten a response so I'm afraid I'll be going home Sunday to my stuff taken or something. Sucks because I have every intention to get this paid up to date but I understand it's a business as well.

Have a few items from here the only place is will get any furniture from easy to work with and great people
