Appliance Repair by Aaron’s in Grand Forks, North Dakota

Honestly, I was very disappointed. My wife and I went in on 12/31/2019 at 1128 for a bedroom set and a living room set. We told the lady that we were from a town not to far off and wanted to see if they delivered. They didn't not, which I expected but their sister store did. However that's not why I was disappointed, what really bothered me was as soon as she found out that they didn't deliver and we would have to go to a different store, the lady became cold, pushy, and all-around-rude. She wouldn't answer any questions, she made us feel rushed out of the store. Now, There were no other customers in the store, it wasn't even close to her lunchtime, however, as I said, the second she found out she wouldn't make money off helping us, we became "not worth her time". So if you're in for any type of renting or buying for your house/apartment, I would suggest you drive the extra miles to any other store then the Grand Forks store.

Recently decided to give them a try got a washer and dryer set. Had delay in our payment due to mail forwarding and unplanned death in the family which made money pretty tight went in to talk to them to explain our situation, the manager immediately said this gone on too long and she went and got the sales person who originally helped me and they both started scorning me like i was a 5 year old child in trouble. Told them im not doing this and walked out told them to pick up stuff before i go to work the next day. The way they acted was totally unprofessional i will never return to aarons again

Best customer service, I've ever received!! I ordered a bedroom set which included a sleigh bed. I'm totally in love with it!! The office staff of my local store were very helpful and efficient. The two young men Sam and John who delivered it were so very efficient and friendly. And they were very careful with everything. Kudos to everyone I've dealt with.
