We called Laney's 24 hour hotline and asked if it could wait until the next day because we were tired and wanted to wait if it could. After letting us know that it could wait they asked when to call back and schedule in the morning. They called back promptly and got something set up right away in the morning. When Brian T got here, he was considerate, neat and talked through the process with me so if he comfortable with the repairs. It was a great experience. |
