HA Thompson & Sons is always there when we need them. They are always professional and get the job done so quickly. We've had a great experience with each employee that has come to our house, but have to say I feel confident when I see that it's Nate coming to fix whatever we need done. Great company with great employees.

I scheduled a furnace check and cleaning service. They were able to schedule quickly. The gentlemen who came were very professional, removed their shoes without being ask, got the job done quick, made no mess and gave me a few good recommendations. Color me VERY satisfied!

Used these guys to perform an A/C inspection and service for a condo we were purchasing because we noticed discolored ceiling tiles below the inside A/C unit. 400 later they said it passed inspection and had filled the unit with freon. Shortly after moving in, the ceiling tiles again became soaked from A/C condensation so we called with the expectation they would at minimum come out and determine the cause of what made us request the inspection in the first place. Instead they initially denied having inspected the A/C at all then abrasively refused to schedule a service call unless being paid to come out again. Between the incompetent work and incredibly mean and rude office personnel, I recommend you avoid using this business at all cost!
