Eide Ford has the best sales, service, and finance department out of any of the car dealers we have ever worked with. We recently leased a 2020 Ford Explorer XLT that is the perfect vehicle for us. What really stands out at Eide Ford is the value they place on customer satisfaction. We had begun to look at leasing an Explorer on Eide Ford's website and found an Explorer we were interested in, so we requested more information about it while watching the Super Bowl. A few minutes later we received a text from Jason B., the salesman we had worked with to lease our F-150. We were surprised that he had already received our request and was taking the time on Super Bowl Sunday evening to find out how he could help us! Jason and the rest of the employees we have worked with at Eide Ford, go above and beyond for their customers. When we came in to Eide Ford to make our final decision on which Explorer to lease, we were greeted with a friendly smile and Jason was immediately notified and he was there to help us within a minute. He had both of the Explorers we had narrowed it down to already parked and waiting for us and then let us decide which option would work better for us after giving us all the information we needed to make the best decision, including pricing and available rebates on the two Explorers. We did not feel any pressure from Jason, which is something that we like and respect. The financing process was also a good experience, because how we were again treated as valued customers and how Eide Ford viewed our time as valuable as well. The overall leasing experience was smooth, well organized, and enjoyable at Eide Ford because of their dedication to make buying or leasing a car a great experience for their customers. We highly recommend Eide Ford to anyone looking to get into a new vehicle. The excellent service, great vehicles, and reasonable prices at Eide Ford are unbeatable!
