| Amy Thompson | The website was so unhelpful. They have a couch I want. I ordered it online. They call me to verify info on Wednesday late in the day. I get home and try to call them and get no answer. The next day I work all day and so can't call. The following day I have a half day off so I call and they tell me they canceled my order because it took me to long to call them. Never once was I told I had a deadline. And anyways 1.5-2 days isn't bad people..... some of us have lives. The lady I spoke to on the didn't care about my business and pretty much was like too bad see ya later click. Smh |
