My vintage alligator portfolio needed some serious tender care...reinforcements at both ends as well as under the mid section underneath. These areas get all the stress and were worn out. This was the first time I have used your shop but was very happy with the results! The detailed explanation of what and how you intend to work on the bag as well as your patience in doing so was appreciated. Now that I found your shop I will always make the hour trip to have you make any repairs I need on my items!

Terri is a very nice lady! I'm not gonna lie at all. But she messed up my authentic Louis Vuitton Speedy 40. The first time she put the zipper on backwards. So I brought it back. No Biggie But the 2nd time she fixed it she damaged the stitching on the two vanchetta leather ends. Then she proceeded to tell me that it was like that. Then I had pictures of my bag from before and showed her. She then said she fixed it like that the first time. Which was a lie. Since I had a picture of the bag from when she fixed it the first time. She did an absolute beautiful job on fixing my zipper. But ruined the bag it's self. She put white stitching Which is the wrong color. That was done absolutely terrible. My younger sister can do a better job! She offered to fixed it but I was so frustrated also I couldn't trust her after I've been lied to and my bag was messed up twice. Since I haven't had my bag for about a week and a half. Due to the mess up and all. I actually left getting ready to bust out in tears. I wouldn't trust her on fixing a high end bag. But I'd trust her on fixing shoes or something of that nature. I I understand she isn't a restorer she's a fixer but this is just completely unacceptable. Next time I'll just drive to Charlotte and have my Louis Vuitton serviced through themselves!
