| Roxanne Wiley | No communication with you at all. We told them to check to see if the transmission was bad. They repaired a piece on my vehicle and said that was the problem. Drove it home and it still was not fixed. Took it back a second time and all of sudden the transmission is bad. Y'all should have figured this out before you charged us x amounts of dollars. Not ok! I will not recommend this business. I'm sorry if you don't know or can't figure it out, then the professional thing to do would be to just say you don't know. I can respect that, but to fix a part and to still have a problem. Not 5 star at all!! |
| Douglas Sessoms | Took my truck to be flushed because wrong transmission fluid was added. They said it would be 270, then called back the 2 days later and said it would be over 400. I got my truck back and it was worse than when I dropped it off. The truck also moves while it's in park and the gear shift is broken. He said that it was like that before I brought it to him. Very disappointed in the service and the overcharge. I will not recommend anyone to this place. Highway robbery. |
