| Bob Heinz | The walk in freezer in our Bagel Shop was not coming on early this morning and the temperature had reached around 32 degrees. We did not have a refrigeration company that we had worked with before. One company we called could not get anyone until the afternoon. I called Hayes Refrigeration and the owner answered the phone. His morning was already scheduled but he said he would rearrange some things and be there around 9 am. I of course was very happy I was able to get someone there that quickly. He actually arrived at 8:15 and quickly determined the problem was that the unit was icing up and needed a part replaced on the compressor. He manually got the defrost cycle working and replace the bad part. The unit came back on after defrosting. Thanks to Hayes Refrigeration we were able to get the freezer up an working again without having to endure any spoilage. Hayes Refrigeration definitely saved the day for us. I would highly recommend them and I will make them our go to refrigeration company for future refrigeration maintenance and repairs. |
| Channing Wessell | Will not stand behind work. I had Floyd service a refrigeration unit from a drink machine a few weeks ago. Customers called today saying drinks are hot again. The unit is barley a year old and shouldn't have a bunch of leaks. Floyd said he wished he didn't do the work and he was going to charge me to fix whatever he didn't fix. I paid him 177 and now I have to spend 400 for a new unit. He actually hung up the phone on me when I wanted to know why he didn't stand behind his work. Avoid at all costs |
