Called for a septic tank to be pumped out on Saturday. We scheduled the job to be done on Monday. The gentleman showed up at agreed upon time and completed the job quickly. About two months I had another backup. Called again and talked to Russ a co-owner. We decided that something was keeping the water in the tank from getting to the drain field. Made an appointment with him and he showed up with a pumper truck with a high pressure water jet machine. He uncovered the distribution box and removed the cover to discover that it was full of tree roots. When he saw what causing the problem he said "We can fix this". That made me feel very good because if he hadn't been able to correct the problem, I would have to replace the complete field system. He went to work and removed all the roots and now the system works as it is supposed too. Very professional. Thank you very much.

I called the company @ 8:00 and they were at location by 11:30. Kip, the young man who pumped out the system, was very helpful with insight on what to do. Highly suggested.
