Appliance Repair by Lowe’s Home Improvement in West Jefferson, North Carolina

Recently my husband and I were in your store shopping for new appliances for our new home. We were assisted by Wendy Lung. Even though she knew we were not purchasing them from your store she helped us with looking up reviews on each one. She also helped us look them up on Consumers Reports. She then went above and beyond by helping us to place one order for a new refrigerator online there in the store. She also helped us with looking at washers and dryers. She was patient and knowledgeable. We might have ended up going somewhere else to purchase these but because of her we felt comfortable buying them there and then. We cannot say enough good things about her.

We spend all of our money here literally but the staff is super helpful and it's nice that it's so close in a small town for all of our home projects

I love shopping here. I stock up on my basic pantry needs at super great prices. Of course, cookies, pizza, and bread are a must too....all much cheaper than grocery store. I try to make trip there at least once per month.
