He and his helper came out early Saturday afternoon, and had the problem corrected within about an hour. None of the other supposedly 24/7 services would come out until next week. My septic tank had been inspected about 18 months ago, by a different company, but obviously should have been pumped then and my problem could have been avoided. I will use this company for all my services from now on. They definitely know what they are doing, and take the time to explain it. |
