I had to have my Washer repaired by Video TV and had exceptional service. The gentlemen Mr. Jones came on time and was very professional and knew exactly what needed to be done. Price of the repair was very reasonable, and less than other service providers I had before moving to Tarboro. Highly Recommended!

I recently moved to Tarboro and needed my dryer repaired. I was recommended Video TV and Appliance by a neighbor. I call Mrs. Jones and set up a service call. Phillip the owner came out and diagnosed the problem and had it repaired that same afternoon, he even took the time to,vacuum out the lint inside the dryer that was a fire hazard. As well as cleaned the lint from the vent hose that was clogged. I have had Sears and others repair my appliances in the past but we're such a hassle to deal with. Love the small hometown feel of Tarboro and local businesses such as this.
