Appliance Repair by Action Service Company in Statesville, North Carolina

Have been using Action Service Company since we bought our home. From the bathtub to a spicket outside theyve always been able to satisfy our needs. Had a pipe burst today under our home, wasn't expecting a response today but the owner himself came out and repaired it for free right before sundown. Highly recommend.

Action Service Company installed waterlines from my house to my cottage and they did an excellent job. They also put in a new water filter and installed a dehumidifier in the basement. Dustin and all the crew members were so nice and helpful and top notch professionals. I plan to use them again in a few months for a new bathroom laundry room addition.

Shocked to see so many 5 stars. It's suspicious don't you think? They grossly overcharged me. I feel very taken advantage of and will never use them again. This company took advantage of a woman trying to get a pipe fixed. My regular plumber was busy so I called Action. Last week my regular plumber fixed a much worse leak where a four foot section of pipe broke in a four foot hole and they charged me 175 total. Action charged me 226 for a much smaller pipe break. It was an inch long break less than a foot in the ground. I have never been robbed this badly by a company.
