| John Livingston | Sears came out to take a look at my dishwasher. They said that they ordered the part for it and it would be arriving next Wednesday for service on Thursday. Longer than I liked, but I accepted it. When no part arrived on Wednesday, I called them and they said that the part would not even be shipped for another 3 weeks from their vendor. I impressed on them the need to get the part sooner even if it meant changing vendors. The telephone technician refused to do so and refused to let me talk with a manager. Never again would I use Sears. Trying like crazy now to find a different contractor to make the repair more quickly. |
