| Teresa Didier | They have a lot of merchandise that is too high to reach so you have no choice but to ask an employee for assistance. There was only one employee working in the whole store. So we had to wait for her to finish ringing up the line of customers that she had. I asked her if there was anybody working on the floor because we need assistance and she came off as a little rude. When she was finally able to assist us, she took her sweet time to walk to where we needed the assistance at. She had no sense of urgency whatsoever. If I had to rate their service on a scale of 1-10, I would give them a -4. |
