Scott Stafford | Two stars. Would only give one for service. But I will give a star for minimal effort. 300 to come out and tell us we needed a new drain line for the fridge. Happy to pay for a fix, money isn't the issue. The issue is the fix didn't change anything and when my wife and I both independently called back for follow-up all we got was "sorry, don't know what is wrong with it." |
Anthony Craig | After not showing up twice, A Walker appliance worker came out to connect the water line to my refrigerator and was told it would be over 250! All that had to be done was change the end on the line which I already the had the part and simply connect it to the back of the refrigerator. When I questioned why so much for just a simple job, the guy got very rude. I called a local handyman and he chan7the end and connected it for 30! Moral of the story is to shop around, if you feel you may be overcharged then chances are you are being overcharged. |
Hugo Pena | Repairman came and diagnosed what was wrong with the oven and told me he'd follow up with me early in the week after. Gave him an entire week before calling back and was told the repairman would return my call when he came back from his current assignment. Waited all that afternoon and did not receive a call back. I called again the next day and same situation. Use this business if you want to throw a hundred or so for someone to tell you what's wrong and then never update you unless they can fit it into their busy schedule |
