| Devin Watts | Called to see about getting scheduled to have a washer looked at to diagnose the problem and was greeted by who I assume was the owner but he didnt give his name, and all he said was “Yeah”. I asked if he would be able to come out and look at my washer and he asked “Well are you scheduled?” To which I said no thats why Im calling. He then told me that well he didnt know when he would feel like getting to it, be it Wednesday or Thursday because he was getting a tooth cut out of his head. I told him not to worry about it and hung up. Quite literally the worst phone etiquite or customer service possible. |
