| John Crandall | I tried to get a tech to come out on a Saturday to repair a system that runs a number of walk-in coolers. They have worked on this system before, so they are familiar with it. This is why I called them. This was a urgent do to an upcoming event we had thousands of dollars worth of food at risk . The initial call was put in around 2:45 PM was informed the tech on call would call me back. Never heard from the tech never received a call. Two hours later I called back again no return call from the tech. Two more hours later I called back still no return call. It is now 7:45 pm finally ended up having to call another company to come do the repair who arrived in 35 minutes. Will never use this company again. |
