Richard Linville | Every time I go to this location they're understaffed. The staff that is there is rude and mostly incompetent in the context of the products they're supposed to be "pros" about. Don't even think about calling to inquire about a product they might carry, nobody is available to answer the phone no matter what department you call. Then if you get a customer service rep. They can't tell you anything either. They just patch you over to the long list of departments that nobody is present in. I was going to spend a few thousand dollars here for products I need to complete a basement waterproofing project. I'll just order from a distributor or go to home depot. |
Denise Ferguson | Visited Lowes to buy a Whirlpool dryer during Labor Day sale. The biggest issue I have with this location is there is not enough Service Reps to help you. I did have a five minute wait but when I hit the call help button a gentleman came in a couple of minutes. He was extremely helpful and courteous. I purchased the extended warranty and he took time to explain all the details. He highlighted several things I needed to remember and explained each charge in detail. Something I didn't receive when I purchased my Whirlpool washer. |
