Brianna Ridley | Very poor service. I visited this store awhile back with my mother. We were in the store for 10+ mins without ever being acknowledged or asked if there was anything we could be helped with. Which would not have been too big of an issue if it weren't for the fact half the items did not have price tags on them. Finally a delivery truck came & the owner asked if we were looking to purchase anything because he had to go outside. He was very short the entire time & looked like he had no interest in our business. My mother stated she wanted to look at some phone cases, so he points to a box under a table and makes the statement “Make sure you put it back where you found it.” Like she was a child. Then walks to the back and told what I believe was his grandson to keep an eye on the front of store he didn't need anything walking off. Mind you there were other individuals in the store and we were respectful the entire time. I have yet to figure out why we were treated as second class citizens and with an attitude the entire time. I try my best to support small businesses but I would not recommend this store to anyone. |
