This place is a joke. Do not waste your time dealing with this company. We called to have our refrigerator repaired and set up an appointment for the next day. They never showed. We called customer servicen to inquire and we were hung up on! They were extremely rude and told us our appointment had been cancelled, but no one knew why. I took of work to make sure I was home for their 4 hour window, and no one showed! Best of all, customer service didn't even care to right their wrong!

I know exactly what is needed for the repair. I offered to send the information ahead of time, but he says not to. Guy showed up past the window of time. Then he quotes me 427 for an 80 part and less than 1/2 hour of work. Now he won't leave the house without a 79 diagnostic fee. What a ripoff!

I am getting weary of technician trips to repair a refrigerator that is getting worse after each trip. We have not been able to rely on the refrigerator for about a month now. Each time it is repaired we transfer new food to it and loose it a few days later. The ridiculous 4 trip with parts replacements rule is for the birds! Right now if I could give zero stars I would. I will be calling tomorrow for the fifth time for a technician. So far we have had 3 different technicians for four service calls.

Bad experience. Still have not found out why I was charged a diagnostic fee as he did not diagnose anything. He had no supplies on his van to do the mower maintenance I requested, his air compressor was broken, and he had to order the belt I needed even though I advised of the need for the belt in the initial call. I do not recommend.

Technician was professional and pleasant. However, technician arrived at the last five minutes of a FOUR HOUR window. I give up half a work day only to extend my repair another 30 minutes? Sears has all the contact info on its customers. How difficult can it be for Scheduling/technician to look at the days schedule and narrow it down to an hour and INFORM the customers of the revised "estimated" schedule?

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I haven't had a dryer for a month and they could care less - I have 3 children and 2 adults in my home. I do not live near a laundromat either. I have taken countless time away from work. The first technician did not fix the washer or dryer. He ordered parts for the dryer and nothing for the washer. The tech who came to install that dryer part came and went and the dryer and washer broke again. A third tech came out and said the first tech did not order all the correct parts for the washer and the dryer and proceeded to order the parts. I made a new appointment for install with him for the upcoming Tuesday. He said he'd call prior to ensure parts came in before he came over. The parts were not in yet so we reschedule for the upcoming Saturday for both items. Turns out he made an error and someone came only for the washer was extremely rude and unhelpful. He put the latch on the washer and did nothing to help us with the dryer as he said the work order wasn't his. Keep in mind that appointment setting was an error on the company's behalf not mine - he accidentally scheduled the dryer, most important, a week later even though parts were in and we agreed upon the most recent Saturday. The newest and rudest tech left without a word. We later came to find the rude tech took one of the boxes that had one of the two parts for the dryer. The company refuses to expedite anything or help. The phone lines have continued to get disconnected and it's a pain to get someone on the line in the first place. I'm not sure why the rude tech took a parts box not for his job. I consider that steeling my part and my time. I will never buy from sears again. My house is in shambles, my nerves are shot, and I have no clothes. Thanks Sears.

The technician Mark was great. He called beforehand to let us know he was on the way. He knew exactly what the issue with our dryer was and promptly repaired it. Mark was professional and courteous and got the job done. We were so happy with this experience that we signed up for the Sears Appliance Warranty! Highly recommend.

Have always had great experiences with Sears technicians in the past. Even when it was too costly a repair and you have to decide to replace. This technician informed me an hour before arriving that I had a motor issue and it would be over 400 to repair. Not the kind of info you want prior to his arrival. Once here he said he usually didn't have to travel this far for a repair. He did a one minute pushing of buttons and quoted a 540.00 repair. I of course, knew that was too costly and would just replace. Although the Kenmore was only 18 months old. He went on to suggest that I should look at another brand because Whirlpool made this dishwasher and he did not recommend that brand. I will be dishwasher shopping in the future but don't hold much stock in my repairman's opinion. Like I said usually the Sears technicians are much more professional and helpful.

Service was excellent by a friendly and knowledgeable service personnel. Will use again and will recommend to others.
